Maximum Athletic Performance Camp, which was started in 2002, is designed to help improve overall athletic ability.

Participants will be coached in proper weight lifting technique, speed training, flexibility exercises, and agility and conditioning drills that will in turn help athletes excel in the sports that they play.

Maximum Athletic Performance offers five programs:
  • Senior Camp (Ages 14-18)
  • Junior Camp (Ages 11-13)
  • College Athletes (Ages 18-22)
  • Adult Program (Ages 23+)
  • Team Training
